-Independent, entrepreneurial sales professional from the wine/spirits industry who is interested in having no limits on earning potential (One of my clients employee’s is earning $200K)

-This sales group is a hard working group that prides themselves on excellent wines at reasonable prices and strives to deliver excellent service always, both internally and externally.

-Compensation is $5K per month plus commission until commission exceeds 5K /month. Ideally, they target 6 months before straight commission becomes the pay structure.  However, the company typically makes an independent judgment to see if they extend the time on salary before going to straight commission if the candidate needs a little more time.  All expenses are paid except for home office expenses. It is a 1099 position.

Here is the official job description:

The company is a leading specialty wine importer and producer with a strong portfolio from Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Mexico. They were among the first to sell wines from these regions and that pioneering spirit is reflected in everything they do.

In addition to their award winning Latin American wines, they are expanding their selection of fine European wines.   Their current focus is on Spain, Portugal & France with limited initial selections from Italy.

Ideal candidates are educated, enthusiastic, experienced, self-motivated and professional. Good critical thinking, management, communication and organizational skills are mandatory. Wine knowledge and good tasting ability are crucial. Contacts in the industry and street sales or regional sales experience are required.

The company sells wine to a balanced mix of on premise and off, chain stores and independents. Your goal will be to grow our distributors’ overall mix of business while you grow our sales volume with regional on and off premise accounts.

Other skills needed include:
-Bachelor Degree from an accredited college with minimum three years related experience required.
-Fluency in English & Spanish language is preferred.
-Ability to develop new accounts through entrepreneurial ability, drive and persistence.
-Proven success in wine/adult beverage industry sales and account management experience with
chain accounts.
-Ability to support customers to achieve rapid sell-through of our products.
-Ability to set goals and conduct semi-annual distributor reviews.
-Ability to create and maintain distributor programming, pricing and promotional budgets within annual budget parameters.
-Work with accounting to manage A/R for each distributor
-Ability to sell all brands in the portfolio in all regional states.
-Ability to become successful educator of Latin American & European wines.
-Excellent written communication and public speaking ability.
-Computer and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
-Marketing experience and social media skills a plus.
-Strong verbal and written communicator who can articulate clear images and messages through
words, public speaking and presentation skills.

Compensation:
Competitive initial starting salary plus commission based on meeting or exceeding goals. Travel expenses are paid by company. Candidate is responsible for keeping to budget.

Location of Position:
Job can be based in either Atlanta, GA OR Miami, FL.  Must have adequate home office, smart phone, laptop and valid driver’s license.   Must be willing to travel throughout state and region frequently and be able to lift 40 pounds.

The home office is located in Oregon with their imported product being sold directly from their wineries or from their Napa, California warehouse.   The company was established in 2000 and still growing rapidly.

Advanced Handcuffing/Introduction to Krav Maga – Tactical Exercise

Our Master Instructor will teach you expert handcuffing techniques not learned anywhere else. How to cuff someone no matter the size of the combatant. We will demonstrate how to control a person that is fighting or resisting you while you are trying to place handcuffs on that person in a matter of a second and take that person to the ground without conflict or assistance. During this session, you will also be taught advanced Krav Maga skills from our Master Instructor.

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Video Demonstrations of Arrests

You will view our team and Master Instructor via live arrests seen on National and International television to observe how missions and proper arrests are carried out. Team briefings and logistics. There will be other videos available to be viewed on other Hunters to observe how their missions were complicated by poor training.

KILL HOUSE – CQB – Close Quarters Battle. Bounty Hunter Tactical Training

We turn the meeting room into A KILL HOUSE. We break the attendees into fugitive apprehension team units as in real life working with and without weapons using the style of Krav Maga. In this industry we will teach you what is lawful and unlawful as to establish residency and tactical approaches and the different types of entries necessary to make your breach. In this cadre, we will also cover the search & seizure applications in the private sector of law enforcement that applies to Bounty Hunters.

The Issuance of Regulations – knowing your boundaries

We will teach you when the regulation of this industry first arrived and how. Thereafter, we will instruct you how to stay within the parameters of the law and keep you free of liability. We will cover the regulations of all 50 states through the UCEA. Licensing. Firearms.

Video Arrests

We will showcase a couple of videos to present the powers of arrest that Bounty Hunters have and the use of skip tracing, pre-text and breach that is necessary in carrying out your mission statement.

Becoming a Bail Enforcement Agent – Steps

We will guide you on the appropriate steps on how to become a (licensed) Bounty Hunter when you leave this course. We will cover how to get licensed in your state and how to find employment right in this course and outside of this course. We will cover how to find the contracts from the bail bondsmen and from the government. This is the ONLY true recession proof industry in the nation. It is a cash business! We will navigate the necessary steps to show you how to succeed in this amazing industry. We will also teach you how to network and in turn how this industry has unlimited growth potential.

3:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Paperwork – Surveillance – Recon

We will instruct you on what paperwork in necessary to have on you at all times once you are contracted. This paperwork is given to you by the Bail Bondsmen. We will also provide to you in the Training Book samples of the paperwork so you can see it for yourself and use our own proprietary paperwork to organize yourself. This paperwork is the cornerstone of the industry. Never leave home without it! We will cover this in great detail. The art of surveillance and reconnaissance. Covert Status. Final steps to establish residency prior to breach.

4:30 PM – 6:00 PM

How to get the Indemnitor to work for you. The art of Negotiation. How to work with limited information. Working within the parameters of the law.

The proper ways of pat downs will be demonstrated for the first time ever seen. Forget what you were trained on before or seen on television. This demonstration will save you pain in the future or massive trauma or embarrassment. We will also cover the proper way to transport your defendant to jail or a correctional facility. Also covered will be a sally port and lock-down procedures. Body receipts.

*             No travel, candidate must be local or willing to relocate on his own expense but also know that this will likely be a 3 year job position.

Scope-

Support the Government Site Transition Team with the maintenance, relocation, and installation of the IT infrastructure in support of the installation of systems and services within the new operational environments.

Support cable plant related additions, moves and changes during mission transition and startup. This includes the installation and termination of inside/outside cable plant, including copper and fiber optic cable, the installation of racks, cable basket, ladder rack, termination blocks, and all associated hardware.

Install cross connections between active equipment and patch panels, to complete links in support of the mission systems per specific drawings, provided by the Government.

Orion is currently recruiting for an outstanding career opportunity in Medical Device Sales, as a Sales Development Program Representative with Medtronic. Medtronic Spine and Biologics has created a development program to train and educate future sales professionals. The objective of the program is to take talented professionals with minimal to no sales experience, and through an intensive immersion program, prepare them to become successful Spine Sales Representatives. This is a premiere position in Medical Device Sales, with unlimited earning potential following your training program.

Program Overview

The program is 18 months in duration. In the first 4-6 months of the program, you will learn the foundational concepts of Spine and Biologics Sales, gain exposure to business functions, assist with sales and surgeon training labs, and provide other sales support.

In Phase 2, approximately 12-14 months, you will spend time in the field with a mentor/trainer, interact with customers, and learning, observing and performing the day-to-day activities of a Commissioned Spine Representative. At the end of the program you will be eligible for opportunities as a Commissioned Spine Representative.

The program begins in mid-July 2013 in Memphis, TN.

Salary and Benefits

  • The base salary of a Sales Education Representative is $70,000, plus between $5,000 – $20,000 in bonuses.
  • Once you become a Spine Representative, you can expect a salary of approximately $150K in your first year, with rapid growth. It is not uncommon to make $300K+ in your 2nd year as a Spine Representative.
  • You will receive a comprehensive benefit plan including medical, dental, vision and life insurance; pension plan and 401(k); short term disability; discounted stock purchase plan; tuition reimbursement, and more.

  • Top transitioning or recently transitioned Junior Military Officer
  • Bachelors degree in technical, science, or engineering field

  • Technical aptitude is important because you will be learning very complex procedures and pieces of equipment
  • Top notch communication skills and be able to communicate and instruct effectively
  • Strong work ethic and organization and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to travel. In Phase I of the training program you will travel 50%, and in Phase II you will travel 90%. You will not be required to relocate throughout the training program, but will likely need to relocate when you get your first territory after completing the program.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance policy.
  • Must be able to begin training in mid-July in Memphis, TN.

Technician Careers in the Wireless Industry

Orion is currently recruiting for a large number of Tower Climber Technician, Lead Tower Climber, and Tower Crew Foreman positions for a major IT systems integrator with customers in the government and commercial sectors. We are seeking Communications Technicians, including Field Wiremen; Satellite, Wideband and Telemetry Systems Technicians; Radio Communications Technicians; Electronics Technicians; and Fire Controlmen for these positions. Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they have worked at heights greater than 50 feet, including working on antennas on the mast of the ship, telephone pole climbing, etc.

Initially you will work on a temporary-to-permanent basis through Orion with a goal of converting to a permanent employee within 4-6 months. During this initial time frame you will become proficient in the trade via 1 week of classroom training and 4-6 months of on-the-job training in the field.

ME’s focus on mechanical machine design and EE’s focus on industrial automation (PLC’s), motors, drives, etc. Responsibilities range from initial designs to vendor/contractor management, and overseeing installation and startup of projects. The Business Unit Leader’s focus is to facilitate the efforts of plant personnel with processing equipment. He or she has responsibility for meeting production, quality, and budget targets. Oil & Gas Positions for Military Leaders

In this role, you will do a number of different roles in support of the oil rig, including offloading of personnel and supplies from cargo vessels (e.g. food, drill pipe, casings, tubing and cutting boxes). The oil rig is a culture where you will earn your experience while starting from the ground and working your way up. You will work on a 21-day on and 21-day off rotation. Hiring Former Military Leaders for Entry Level Management Positions in the Oil & Gas Industry

We are currently recruiting Shift Team Leaders for an Oil and Gas manufacturing firm located in Baytown, TX. They are a world class global supplier and manufacturer of oil and gas products.

As a Shift Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading of team of 20-25 employees in the production of our client’s product. You will be responsible for the training, leadership, mentorship of your team as well as safety, quality, maintenance and production within your assigned department. This is a very hands-on position. You will be expected to lead by example and from the front. You will work on rotating 12-hr shifts 3 days a week with one 6-hr shift every Wednesday. The shifts will rotate from days to nights every two weeks. This also includes every other weekend as part of the rotation. Employees love this schedule as you only work 3 ½ days per week plus OT. The facility is a brand new facility just opened this year based on product demand. The Plant Manager and Plant HR Manager are both formermilitary.

Shift Maintenance Technician Careers

Orion has partnered with a leading manufacturer of steel products nationwide seeking Shift Maintenance Technicians in Jewett, TX. This is your chance to begin your career with a growing company, listed on the Fortune 500. Shift Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintaining all equipment on the plant floor.

To be qualified for this position, you should be a transitioning or former military with strong electrical and mechanical skills. Learn more about the position requirements below.

As the Shift Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining all equipment on the plant floor. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Working with a team to ensure that all preventative and corrective maintenance is performed in a timely manner
  • Repairing a wide variety of equipment in the plant, using extensive electrical, electronics, and mechanical aptitude and knowledge
  • Working with engineers and other employees to develop new processes to make the facility more efficient

Position Location: Jewett, TX; two hours from Houston, Dallas, and Austin.

Shift and Work Schedule: You will initially begin training on an 8 day on/8 day off schedule for up to three months. You will then work on either the Roll Mill Department schedule or the Melt Shop Department schedule. The Roll Mill Department schedule is four 12-hour days on, then four 12-hour nights on, with weekends off for both shifts. The Melt Shop Department schedule is 12-hour days with a 28 day rotation. The first cycle is four days on, two days off. The second cycle is three nights on, two days off. The third cycle is three days on, two days off. The fourth cycle is four nights on. In the Melt Shop Department, you will get one week off (7 days) after every fifth week.

Work Environment: You will be working in a steel plant environment, which can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

Salary: Total 1st year compensation should be around $65k to $70K+. Incentive-based pay: Weekly pay is based on an hourly salary, plus weekly bonus, that averages 80 to 150% of your base weekly pay. Pay after two years of employment, and qualifying through testing up a couple of levels, can get you promoted into the $100k range. Weekly bonuses are based on the production of your work group, which ranges from 20 to 40 workers.

Wind Turbine Technicians with Gemini Energy Services


Gemini Energy Services, a division of Orion International, is seeking experienced traveling Field Technicians. You can live anywhere in the United States within a reasonable distance to an airport and will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of wind turbine generators.
