*             No travel, candidate must be local or willing to relocate on his own expense but also know that this will likely be a 3 year job position.


Support the Government Site Transition Team with the maintenance, relocation, and installation of the IT infrastructure in support of the installation of systems and services within the new operational environments.

Support cable plant related additions, moves and changes during mission transition and startup. This includes the installation and termination of inside/outside cable plant, including copper and fiber optic cable, the installation of racks, cable basket, ladder rack, termination blocks, and all associated hardware.

Install cross connections between active equipment and patch panels, to complete links in support of the mission systems per specific drawings, provided by the Government.

Perform a full range of NP/PA services on site, using furnished facilities, equipment and supplies to a variety of patients. All aspects of NP/PA services shall be commensurate with the capabilities of the provider and the Medical Department including but not limited to the items listed below.

Knowledge of firefighting and EMS procedures, practices and techniques. Knowledge of testing, maintenance, inspection and operation of fire department apparatus, equipment and tools.  Knowledge of fire extinguisher service and inspection procedures.  Skilled in the use of tools and equipment used in the repair and maintenance of department vehicles and equipment.  Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently and follow a job task through from start to finish. Report writing skills and experience with computers essential.  Must possess good verbal and written communication skills. Must have basic knowledge of portable radio operations and be able to communicate clearly over a radio.


High school diploma or equivalent required.  Five years of firefighting experience with a paid or combination fire department. Experience as a fire officer is preferred.


Must have the following certifications at the time of hire:

*             Fire Service Instructor I and Fire Officer I are preferred and required
*             IFSAC or Pro Board Firefighter II
*             Apparatus Operator and Hazardous Materials Operations Certifications

Roto-cast Machine Operators – Elkhart & Bristol Indiana, and Cassopolis, Michigan


Ameri-Kart, a successful Myers Industries Company, is a leading source for custom plastic molding, design and production.  With industry expertise in recreational vehicle, marine, industrial, heavy truck and healthcare markets, we manufacture a wide range of molded plastic products and complete product assemblies utilizing rotational molding, vacuum forming, blow-molding and injection molding.

We have immediate openings for Roto-cast machine operators at our two plants near Elkhart, Indiana…one in Bristol, Indiana and one in Cassopolis, Michigan.   We are located roughly 40 minutes from South Bend, IN.  No prior experience is required.  We provide on-the-job training plus opportunities for promotion to lead-person and supervisor, and growth options within the different Myers Industries’ business segments.

Ameri-Kart operates 3 eight-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.  The Roto-cast machine operator duties include, but are not limited to the following:
1.            Manufacture plastic parts using rotational oven molds
2.            Must be able to stand on concrete for 8-hour shifts
3.            Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs on a regular basis, and up to 140 lbs with assistance
4.            Must be able to work in a hot environment
5.            Must communicate effectively in English to understand written and  verbal instructions and to complete forms.
6.            Will need to work effectively with minimal supervision
7.            Will analyze situations and take appropriate action
8.            Must be skilled at working independently and in a team

EDUCATION:  High school diploma or G.E.D required

AGE:  Must be at least 18yrs of age
